We want to assure you that we've taken action. We've reported this situation to the appropriate authorities and have restricted these individuals' future access to our products. We completed the META Verified screening to ensure that customers are not confusing us with fake social media accounts.

Unfortunately, we've experienced instances of inappropriate and threatening behavior from older "Gentlemen", including threats of violence and inappropriate acts, directed at our younger 17 & 18 year old team members. Such behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
To maintain a respectful environment for our team, we reserve the right to cancel orders and suspend services for customers who engage in abusive or threatening conduct. We also share relevant evidence with authorities for potential prosecution.
